There's an ice-cream shop in Geneva (which closes for the winter, weirdly) which sells pineapple and basil icecream. It's utterly delicious, if you felt like experimenting!
I made a lovely basil lemonade the other week. Walnut ice-cream sounds delicious though. I wish I was as efficient and as prolific as you, Mrs G.
